The feelings a meal evokes, the beauty of a market stall, and tasting my way around the world, experiencing the treasures that make each culture unique.
When food is so powerful it can inspire such strong emotions and connections, then surely it has the power to heal anything?
This question and intuition motivated me to study Nutritional Science through the Naturopathic College of New Zealand, where I graduated in 2017 as a Clinical Nutritionist.
In 2014 whilst I was studying at the Naturopathic College of New Zealand for my Diploma in Nutritional Science, I was introduced to the ETA-Scan, and I knew I had found my calling. A marriage of Nutrition and Bioresonance Therapy, a modality that recognizes the energy and power of food.

The physical body is a bio-energetic system, a ‘physical translator and mirror of energy’, meaning that the energy we put in, is what will be reflected in our overall well-being.
The ancient Greeks introduced the concept of energy in humans, animals and plants, and knew that if the food they were cooking had good energy and brought “agapi” (unconditional love), their vitality would reflect this.
The vibration of some foods have actually being measured by Dr. Royal R. Rife, a Scientist, Inventor and Microbiologist. He found that certain frequencies can prevent the development of disease, and that other frequencies would destroy disease.
Organic and wholesome foods also have frequencies, and these can raise vibration too, ultimately raising health. For example fresh produce has a frequency up to 15 Hz, dried herbs from 12 to 22 Hz and fresh herbs from 20 to 27 Hz, whereas processed/canned food has a frequency of zero.
As a Clinical Nutritionist I have a deep understanding and appreciation of the science behind nutrition, the intricacy of all our body systems, and how essential the connection between our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual dimensions are to our vitality and health.
My philosophy is to treat each client personally, not a ‘one size’ fits all approach, because we each have our own Biochemical Individuality ‘chemical makeup’, with personal nutritional and lifestyle requirements. Just because your neighbour has the same diagnoses as you, does not mean you will benefit from the same healing journey.
I believe there is no such thing as a ‘good’ or ‘bad’ food when it is in its natural state. It is whether or not that this food resonates with you at this moment in time, that is of the utmost importance.
“Every plant we eat contains some small amount of toxin, since this is how plants defend themselves. In the majority of these cases, these low levels of toxins don’t harm us, and in fact they may even provide health benefits. For example, many of the compounds that we call antioxidants, like polyphenols found in blueberries, dark chocolate, etc., are actually pro-oxidants that cause mild oxidative stress, and by doing that they upregulate our body’s natural antioxidant defense system. This is a little-known fact about so-called antioxidants. They actually benefit us by promoting a little bit of oxidative stress that our body then responds to in a hormetic, or favorable, way.”
